Listening Lens Framework

Learn to Navigate Conflict and Deepen Connections

Three virtual sessions on August 21, August 28 and September 11, 2025 (4:30 – 6:30 pm CT). Limited to 10 Participants.

In a world where misunderstandings can escalate quickly—and where people often struggle to truly hear and understand one another—our ability to listen deeply can transform tension into understanding, and conflict into connection.

The Listening Lens Framework is a trauma-informed, somatics-based and relationship-centered approach to listening that helps you recognize and shift between three distinct modes of attention where we utilize photography as a metaphor:

  • Close-Up Listening – Seeing Inward. Becoming aware of your own inner reactions, judgments, and emotions.
  • Portrait Listening – Seeing the Other. Offering clear, focused attention to the other person’s words and presence.
  • Panoramic Listening – Seeing the Whole Field. Expanding your awareness to include tone, emotion, context, energy, body language, and what’s unspoken.

This workshop invites you into a deeper, more intentional practice of listening—starting with yourself—so that you can engage with others from a place of awareness, presence, and curiosity.

This workshop is designed for individuals and teams navigating complex dynamics—whether you’re resolving conflicts, holding space for others, or simply seeking more meaningful and mindful conversations in your personal or professional life.
